I’m a former IFBB Pro, sprinter and soccer player. I am a certified physiotherapist, massage therapist and FISAF personal trainer. I have always had a great passion for sports in general and love to motivate others to stay active and find joy in a healthy lifestyle. After finishing my own professional bikini fitness career in 2019 and after training in the gym for over 15 years, I have gathered a lot of experience that I now want to share with you. Extreme diets never work, so I prioritize finding a sustainable lifestyle where you can enjoy the road while achieving your goal.
